Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — $5.00 on orders under $50.00
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — FREE on orders $50.00 and up
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days) — $15.00
Carrier
We ship via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods (holidays, etc.). Shipping may take up to 30 days in rare circumstances. Iron and Ember Works is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ironandemberworks.com with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll help resolve the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
